HARZLabs Dental Sand A1-A2 3D Printing resin

HARZLabs Dental Sand A1-A2 3D Printing resin
Designed for dental demonstration models of crowns and bridges.
3D Printing resin HARZLabs Dental Sand A1-A2 for demonstration models of crowns and bridges.

Very tough, non-irritant, odorless resin with color A1-A2 according to Vita scale
Dental Sand A1-A2 resin is PMMA-like micro filled composite resin, made of biocompatible raw materials, with color close to A1-A2 according to Vita scale.
It has high hardness, 90 Shore D, and high tensile strength, stable to mechanical stress and chemicals
Recommended for printing of temporary crowns and bridges. Low odor and absence of harmful monomers allows to print in the laboratory with no need for special equipment.
Currently under certification process.
COMPATIBLE WITH MAIN DLP/LCD 3D PRINTERS

Advantages

UNIQUE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
Very high hardness, tensile strength, abrasion and scratch resistance due to ceramic fillers.
ODORLESS
Resins are odorless and cause no irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation without specialequipment.
STABLE COLOR
Depending on postcuring A1 or A2 color is achievable. It is stable for long time even in contact with aggressive agents.
BIO-COMPATIBLE
Produced from bio-compatible raw material used in photopolymer teeth fillings. Meets standards ISO 10993. Currently under certification process.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Resin is stable to solvents, aggressive inorganic agents like acid and alkalis.
DURABLE
Pigments and fillers are well stabilized, no sedimentation and flocculation occur, no foam appears.
Finishing Instructions
Agitate in ultrasonic bath with TEK1969 detergent or in a vat with TEK1960* solvent for 1-2 minutes to remove excess resin.
Do not soak in acetone. Do not leave the 3D part soaking in the liquid. Use a soft brush if necessary.
Clean off any excess of liquid with a cold blow-dryer or compressed air.
Leave under the sun or in a UV lamp to cure. The resin is fully cured when fingernails do not leave scratch marks on the object.
Even after full post cure some parts may still have a sticky surface. You can treat your print with Ta-Tack Away. A quick wash in this special formula will add a stick-free coating on the printed part.Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
*We do not recommend the use of denatured or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is very aggressive on the polymerized resin and it could weaken the structure of the 3D part. It is also flammable and potentially harmful to people and the environment.
Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
